Since 1960, the Koenig family has been crafting kosher wines in Alsace, and this 2020 Gewurztraminer embodies the house's identity: an Alsace Gewurztraminer appellation white wine, made from hand-harvested grapes grown on granitic subsoil and aged in stainless steel tanks at 13% ABV. On the nose, intense notes of lychee and rose herald a rich and opulent palate, full-bodied and well-structured. At the table, it shines as an aperitif, paired with foie gras, lamb tagine, couscous, or spicy cuisines—Indian or Thai—and pairs beautifully with characterful cheeses. EVE VEGAN certified.
