The grapes are hand-harvested and then vinified through slow, temperature-controlled fermentation—an approach that allows the aromas to develop at their own pace, without rushing. The result is a gold-medal-winning, 100% Gewurztraminer white at 13% ABV that shines both as an aperitif and at the table: cashews, pistachios, olives, or sweet-and-savory starters provide a perfect natural setting.
