Born on the hillsides of Dambach-la-Ville, this 2016 Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives from the Gisselbrecht cuvée is the expression of a carefully selected terroir, cultivated at 3,500 vines per hectare. The hand-harvested grapes underwent slow, temperature-controlled fermentation, preserving all the aromatic complexity characteristic of late-harvest wines. Made from 100% Pinot Gris under the AOC Alsace Pinot Gris designation, this 75 cl white reveals itself upon opening, at the very moment of tasting—an invitation to share an exceptional moment with friends. Contains sulfites, egg and milk proteins.
