Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir, and aged in barrels, this non-vintage white wine has an alcohol content of 12.5% and comes in a 75 cl corked bottle. The barrel aging provides an aromatic depth that is perceptible upon opening—to be reserved, as the house recommends, until the very moment of tasting, in order to capture all of its freshness.
