Born from the terroir of Sermiers, a Premier Cru of the Montagne de Reims, this EPC brut champagne is crafted from a blend dominated by Meunier (65%), complemented by Pinot Noir (20%) and Chardonnay (15%). A minimum aging of 19 months on Upper Cretaceous chalk, marl, and clay soils gives it an aromatic depth that lovers of terroir champagne will surely appreciate. Rated 91/100 by James Suckling, it expresses itself fully upon opening, elegantly accompanying scallop carpaccio, roasted sea bass fillet, or a creamy asparagus risotto. A 75 cl bottle at 12.5% vol., produced using sustainable farming methods.
