Born from the chalky soils of the Côteaux du Sézannais, this Champagne Blanc Rosé from Maison EPC blends 55% Chardonnay with 45% Pinot Noir for a perfect balance of freshness and structure. Produced using sustainable farming methods on the chalk, marl, and clay soils of the Upper Cretaceous period, it expresses the unique character of a terroir tended with great care. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it truly comes into its own when enjoyed with salmon gravlax seasoned with pink peppercorns—a pairing that highlights its rosé hue and delicate aromas.
