Electricians and construction professionals, the ABUS Scator-E is an electrically insulated safety helmet certified to EN 397 and EN 50365, designed for work on low-voltage installations. Its fully closed ABS outer shell blocks current transmission up to 1,500 V DC and 1,000 V AC, while the EPS inner shell absorbs impacts. The 6-point harness incorporates PowerTriangle technology: the straps meet in a triangle at the top of the head to distribute pressure and enhance stability. A dial adjustment wheel and three depth settings allow for a precise fit for head sizes up to 63 cm. A short peak for an unobstructed view, a headlamp mount, slots for face shields, and 30 mm Euroslots for hearing protection make this helmet fully modular according to job site requirements.
