Your order
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is validated. Upon shipment, you will receive the carrier's tracking number.
Delivery
Delivery is free and included in the displayed price. Your order is shipped the next day, and then delivered within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.
You can track your package at any time from the Track my order page.
Changing your mind
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return a product to us.
Conditions:
- the product must be unused and in its original packaging;
- return shipping costs are at your expense.
To make a return, write to us at contact@tradiscount.com indicating your order number.

Every new product comes with a 2-year legal warranty of conformity. You have a single point of contact: us. Write to contact@tradiscount.com, and we will respond within 24 business hours.
